Through surveys, conversations, visits to dental practices and calling every NHS dental practice in the borough, we have developed a picture of what it is really like for people in our community to access NHS dental treatment.

Libraries are essential community hubs. They offer a range of services that bring people together. We held drop-in sessions at five libraries to listen to the experiences of the diverse groups who use them.
There are 22,595 stroke survivors registered with a GP in the Black Country. Over the last few months we have been working with Dudley Stroke Association to listen to feedback from people who have been affected by a stroke and their families and carers.
