We conducted an Enter & View visit to Pathways, a supported living service in Dudley, highlighting residents' experiences and areas for improvement. It includes observations, feedback, and recommendations to enhance the quality of care and environment.

Summary

Pathways provides supported living accommodation for adults in Dudley.
 
We spoke to the people who live at Pathways, and their loved ones, to find out what life is like there and identify areas for improvement.

Key findings

  • Residents benefit from personalised care which prioritises their independence and wellbeing.
  • Residents are supported to pursue activities that reflect their personal interests.
  • Privacy concerns were raised by residents regarding access to their flats during maintenance visits. This has been promptly addressed by Pathways.
