Enter & View Island Court 2025
We have been working with the Care Quality Partnership to identify supported living and care facilities to visit throughout the year, with a view to listening to the experiences of residents and relatives.
Summary
We visited the Island Court care home in February 2025. We spoke to residents and their relatives to discover people's experiences of the facility. We were pleased to hear that Island Court welcomes feedback, both good and bad, and actively works to address issues. We were please to see the choice provided to residents regarding their mealtimes.
Key findings
Residents and their loved ones said:
- Staff provide personalised care.
- The majority of residents felt safe in Island Court.
- Residents are offered plenty of choice with food and drink.
