Key outcomes
- A new Patient Charter has been uploaded to every GP practice website in the borough in response to our research into access to GP services.
- Enter & View visits in care homes and supported living facilities have led to real change for residents and their families.
- We called every dental practice across Dudley borough to discover what it is like for people to get an NHS dental appointment.
- We have been working with Black Country Foodbank to connect with people who are experiencing financial hardship.
